If you don’t know how to reduce the best French dishes, the French public could help you. Here are the traditional favorite dishes of France and the culinary regions, to try and visit, in addition to some tips to find a reliable restaurant.
While it is a well -known stereotype that the French love their own kitchen, the French research organization, Ipsos, published an investigation that reinforces this opinion.
According to his recent survey, which involved 1,000 French between 18 and 75 years, discovered that 92 percent of the French have a “positive opinion of French cuisine.”
Despite the growing appetite for fast food, seven out of 10 French people eat “traditional ‘French dishes at least once a week, and three out of 10 said they eat them several times a week.

The French also had some tips for foreigners interested in exploring their kitchen. Here are the dishes that said “the best representation of French cuisine to the world.”
#1 – Bœuf Bourguignon
Almost four out of 10 respondents (39 percent) named this dish as the main ambassador of French cuisine.

Where are the French who are correctly visiting gastronomy?
Ipsos also asked respondents to give their thoughts about the best ‘gastronomic’ regions.
The southwest, the home of Foie-Fras, Cassouette and everything related to the duck, came first, with 41 percent of the respondents who did it.
