The French train operator SNCF has launched its new Style ‘menu for high -speed TGV services, offering travelers a main course, dessert and drink (soft) by € 15.90.
Railroad travelers in France have to wait until 2026 for the new Bigle TGV-M trains to reach the tracks, with their two-story cathedral ‘cupfet car’ car.
But, although the 28 -seat dining room in the new bright high -speed trains is not on the cards this year, SNCF has relaunched this spring its on -board menu with more or an approach to the French classic dishes ‘Bistro’.
The menus changed seasonally, the famous thought Monsieur It will be a common Stapper, like the French classic Quiche Lorraine.
The Spring 2025 menu has Toulouse sausages and Pomme Purée (potato puree), Crozets rebloochon aop and Jambon d’Auch (baked rebloochon cheese with ham); Pasta with vegetables and sun risotto with asparagus and peas.

Desserts include chocolate fondant, fruit puree, cake or yogurt.
With € 15.90 for a main dish, dessert and a combination of drinking, it is not cheap, let’s be honest, the food on the train is generally not, but it is destined to be a step of sandwiches and taste cans.
Soft drinks are included in the price of the menu, while the bear or wine costs more.
Hamburgues, sandwiches and other snacks and drinks are also available in buffet cars, which are only available in high -speed TGV services in Inoui trains. They are not available on the budget ouigo routes, or in the local trains of Ter.
SNCF proudly indicates that regional food served in its train supplied by the catering giant based in Toulouse Newrest, is made with ingredients of ‘local and sustainable supply chains’.
