Armed with 4,000 eggs and a sugar and cream truck, the French pastry cheers completed on Wednesday a 121.8 meter long strawberry cake that has claimed that it is the longest fact in the world.
Youssef the Catou gathered 20 chefs to do the 1.2 tons masterpiece that play a week to complete and placed in tables on an ice rink in the city of the Suburb of Paris de Argeneuil for residents to inspect.
The effort exceeded a 100.48 m long -term strawberry cake made in the Italian city or in San Mauro Torinese in 2019.
El Catou cake also used 350 kilograms or strawberries, 150 kg or sugar and 415 kg or cream.

To claim the record in the Guinness book, the cake had to have at least eight centimeters wide and eight centimeters high. The logistics was so difficult that the team “used torch to heat the bowl” for the cream mixture, said the chef’s wife, Nadia El Gatou.
The Catou said that, from a child, he had wanted to establish a record.

“I was looking for a French product or mass, and also wanted to highlight agricultural products, so that French strawberries and products such as milk, cream and butter,” he told AFP.
The Argenuil residents, who went to see the calorie record record on Wednesday, received a piece to take.
