A French magistrate accused four men in relation to the alleged rapes of gangs involving torture in the tension of the oscillating scene more than a decade, the prosecutor’s office said on Friday.
A 56 -year -old man who works in maintenance is the main suspect in the alleged mass abuse of several of his partners in oscillating clubs, the street or parking, sometimes involving objects or animals in or near Bordeaux, newspapers reported Le Monde and Parisien.
The case was discovered when one of the former partity of the man in 2023 told the police that he had repeatedly forced her to sexual violence that involved other men, the documents said.
The prosecutor in the southwest city of Bordeaux said the charges were pressed this week against four men from 40 to 57 years.
Five victims of 45, 52, 56, 59 and 67 had presented, he said.
They had found “clear” evidence of the lack of consent in incidents dating from 2011 to 2024, with “pain shouted” heard several times, added prosecutor Renaud Gaudeul.
The former 56 -year -old suspect companion filed a complaint for the first time in 2023 that he had suffered “what she described as rapes of gangs of her partner and the invited men to” participate from November 2020 to September 2023, said the prosecutor.
“He described his partner adopting a manipulation strategy to force her several rapes of gangs that were filmed,” he added, and four other consecutive members of the man described “similar scenes.”
The maintenance worker does not deny the acts described, but says that “these women were giving their consent” and did not equal to rape, said lawyer Julien Plouton.
“He sees himself as some who were a sexual pleasure of practical freedom,” said Plouton, describing the other three people accused as “regular participants.”

The case occurs after a French court in December found Dominique Pélicot, 72, guilty of drugping his then wife Gisele Pelicot for almost a decade, so the strangers who recruited online could in his own bed.
Dominique Pélicot, who meticulously documented the abuse in video images, was imprisoned for 20 years in a case that has shone in light on the use of drugs to commit sexual abuse.
In the case of the maintenance worker, the police found video boxes at home, said his lawyer, arguing that this involved many more men they accused.
“Clearly, we already have elements that pave the path to much broader circles” of people, he said.
