Ecuador’s electoral authority declared the headline Daniel Nnovera the winner of a second -term presidential vote on Sunday, April 13, after the 37 -year -old leader defeated his leftist rival by a more anticipated margin.
With 90% of the votes counted, Nemaa led Luisa González from 56% to 44%, according to the official account, which led the National Electoral Council to call the race.
González has questioned the results and indicated that he will ask for a count.
