There is something that invariable brings to Subgio Yamaguchi back to earth. From his last experience, directing a restaurant, in Botanique in 11Th District of Paris, where he had already drawn the contours of a plants -based kitchen, the Tokyo suburbat felt the need to take a break, far from the hustle and bustle of the capital. “I taught the time to be human,” fashion shared.

After having arrived in France at the age of 22, in 2008, he spoke of his wishes through the field, travel, but also his learning of ceramics, gardening, and this irresistible urresistible to invent the dishes for his beloved and himself. But, during the last months, Yamaguchi is back in the city, in Wani, his new home, a stone shot of the Montparnasse tower.
