India and Pakistan exchanged a growing series of diplomatic measures of Tit for Tat on Thursday, after New Delhi accused his regional rival to support a deadly shooting in the disputed Kashmir that left 26 people dead. India said he had identified two of the three suspects as Pakistani militants, while Pakistan denied the accusation and requested an independent investigation.
