A: Looking at the asymmetry of the head, it is a bilateral diameter problem, that the right side of the head is narrower while the left side is larger. Therefore, treating it successful, the conceptual approach is that the right side must increase, while the left side must be reduced. (See the attached image with the increase in the increase while red is the reduction) The details of these changes expect to be determined by an exploration evaluation by 3D TC.
