Q: Dr. Epsy, Hello, I am investigating the possibility of having a reduction in the occipital skull. I am aware that a magnetic resonance requests this possibility more, and private scanning clinics in Canada still require a derivation of Dr. to complete this scan. I will also have to travel to a different province to complete a scan. I wonder if your clinic may provide a reference before I request a query, or if a query is requested first.
A: We can only provide reference letters to established patients … and it is a computerized tomography, not a magnetic resonance.
