Kilmarnock Harriers They are a well -established, ambitious and successful athletics club based in East Ayrshire. Kilmarnock Harriers has an athlete membership or around 300 and are ambitious when trying to increase their capacity and strengthen the development of the club.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with passion for the development and coaching of the club. You will have a great understanding of how clubs operate and the athletics training experience.
You are one that thrives in a dynamic environment, is well organized, you can think creatively to overcome the challenges and are committed to support athletes, coaches, volunteers and the community in general.

On paper
The road and training officer will play an important role in the supervision of the general structure of the Club training and the athletes route, ensuring that it meets the national guidelines for best practices for age and stage development.
