The road to the 2025 races is just before the nationals!

We have built Spring Track & Field now for 15 weeks!

Now, we are in the final sharpening for some.

Nike Outdoor is from June 19 to 22 (includes Usatf Juniors),

For many, it is time to take a light break of two houses before the summer mileage.

Thanks to the beautiful notes of coaches and athletes.

We will begin our slow launch or summer mileage on June 2 too.

Today is June 13, 2025

For those Sharp, we suggest the following:

Friday, heating, 30 minutes at 60 minutes or easy race, 6 x 150 meters of exit, cooling.

For the slow summer launch, two weeks or easy execution:

Heating, 30 minutes by bicycle, walking or swimming.

Hydrate and stretch. Always hydrate.

Some thoughts about the Summer Million Program.

Have you considered a mischievous field?

Cross country is sacrificed in 16,500 secondary schools and in many secondary schools. Normally it goes from August to November for the majority. To prepare for Cross country, in Runblogrunge we encourage you and your 550000 friends closest to those who like 400m at 5000m, consider the Cross Country!

Nadia Battocletti is a good distance broker from Italy. Nadia begged as a Cross Country corridor, and that experience has helped compete of 1,500 ma 10,000m.

It is an excellent way to stay in shape and develop your physical condition to be ready for Cross country challenges.

What motivated Steve Prefontaine in the summer between his second and first year?

Was it the knowledge that I had not done the best in athletics? Maybe, he had no tasks of his commitment as serious as he thought he should go?

When you have not achieved what you expected, how do you answer? Do they call you to make one more effort? Many of us have had those challenges, and summer mileage is a great program to focus on oneself.

Think of five things that you can do better for fall cross country, write them on a postcard and record it in a place in your room where you will see it at least one day!

Remember to drink 8 glasses or water, 12 ounces every day!
