Faith Kipyegon is the three -time Olympic gold medista at 1,500 meters.
Since 2014, the only year that Faith did not take gold was the year his son had, and took money that year!
A world -class corridor at 800 meters, 1,500 meters, miles and 5,000 meters, what really is your best distance?
That is a good question.
On June 26, 2025, at the Charlety Stade in Paris, France, one of my favorite stages, Faith Kipyegon will see how close it can reach the mythical four -minute mile.
Faith’s best mile is a little more than 4:07. Can seven seconds be taken?
Well, Nike will provide Faith Kipyegon everything he wants and then some, from footwear to speed costumes, pacemakers in this attempt to bring the distance of women running to the next level.

In the remote press, which can be heard, in total, then Faith Kipyegon, interviewed by Nike’s staff in the next event, the meaning of this four -minute dream of mile for faith and what is to communicate with the next generation.
Faith Kipyegon is a sports warrior. Faith puts everything in its races. From the pre -Classic to the DL of Paris, from Rio 2026 to Paris 2024, Faith Kipyegon continues to demonstrate that each one has something to learn, each race has its challenges. Faith Kipyegon puts everything in its races, and that is something to see!
What do I think? I think if Faith Kipyegon directs this race as a sanctioned event, where his time could count as a world record, that Kenya’s star can run 4: 04.5-4: 05.
Faith has a speed of 800 meters (1:57) and 5,000m of strength (14:05), can they mix them for the magical four -minute mile? That is sport!
I think this is an onbattle with the challenges of the four -minute mile.
As Nike’s old poster said since the 1970s, “there is no finish line.”
A special thanks to Nike (Cheyenne Wood) and Brian Eder in Runblogrun for his production in my recording of June 19 with Faith Kipyegon.
