Welcome à Paris! You just landed in France and you can’t wait to go shopping. You are anxious to have in your hands the French beauty products that you have seen about social networks that 1) you can find where you live and 2) are much cheaper than at home. There is only one thing: you are not sure where to go and, honestly, it is a bit intimidating.
Well, don’t worry! His Parisian makeup artist (Moi!) He is here to help. Here is a list of my best pharmacy options and how to navigate them.
The most popular:
Citypharma – 26 Rue Du Four 75006 – This was the best kept secret in Parisian until its favorite social media platform spilled beans. It is one of the cheapest pharmacies in Paris and in the iconic neighborhood of St. Germain Des Près. It is also the busiest pharmacy in the city. It has 3 floors and is full of products, which is excellent, but it has very little space to walk or simply turn around sometimes. All beauty products are on the ground floor, which is where everyone and their cousin go. Only the locals go to the other two floors. This is where you will find all medications, supplements, essential oils, vitamins, teas and recipes. The locals also buy here because even medications are cheaper than other pharmacies. I strongly recommend these floors, and also, they are not as busy as the ground floor.
My favorite parts of this store are the vitamins/supplements floor and also the back of the ground floor, near the records. That’s where you will find facial masks and natural beauty products and brands that you probably do not know. Every time I’m going to pick up something I had never tried before.
Hot advice: it must be brave and patient to go to this store, especially if you are sailing and you are not sure to get. That said the bee said the records are going quite fast, so if the line is lung (which is usual, you, you, you worry, you, you, you, too, also, if you need help, there are many standing vendors standing in white coats ready to help you. Remember that the interaction with a smile and a bonus always begins!
My favorite:
Great Pharmacie du Forum des Hales -Westfield Forum des Hales Shopping Mall -1 Rue Pierre Lescot Level -2, 75001 -This is a Dut Pharmacy that not everyone still knows. It is a large store located in the mall in the middle of the city, Forum Les Hales. You will have to look for it, but it is fine for hunting. Everything is a floor, it has a lot of space to move and it has the same products, if not more, as CityPharma ^^. As is less known, there are more places there. Prices are comparable to Cityharma, some varied a couple of euros. You will find all the popular French beauty products, a variety of natural beauty products (be sure to see my natural publications to know what to collect while there), homeopathic remedies, candle masses and many other people and many people of many other many other many of many many of many many many others.
Hot advice: You can see all the promotions that have to happen before going. Yes, everything is in French but ‘promotions’ means the same here: Farmacie Forum des Hales
The most historical:
Farmacie Saint Honoré -115 Rue Saint-Honoré, 75001-Just on the street of Louvre and Palais Royal is the oldest pharmacy in Paris. The Pharmacie St Honoré has existed since 1715 and is still in business today! It is a modern classic pharmacy now where you can find all your favorites, and the manager and the staff are very friendly and service. In addition, they always have offers that are made in different products. My favorite section is just when you enter, there are many lip and miniatures that are excellent gifts! So, if you are in humor to buy and also discover a piece of French history, then this is the place for you!
If you want to know more about the Pharmacie Storé, it is one of the stops on my guided tour of Marie Antoinette Shopping Tour. The guests of the tour receive a great gift that is only in this store when we visit! Click here for more information about it.
I hope this publication helps with their navigation of French pharmacies. Now, if you do not have the energy to fight the crowds or you simply do not have time that your museum jumped to these places, you will be totally well in any other of the sinks of the city’s pharmacies! Chanseses are also offering some offers, and it is likely to be less expectation than products at home.
Hot advice: If you travel through France, you would check pharmacies outside Paris, prices can be a bit lower!
