Advanced home care services (ACAH) continued to evolve as the Federation collaborated with KFHP/H to create a commercial case and obtain an approach to sponsors to selected transition services of external suppliers to permanent Kaiser. To better understand the permanent Kaiser implementation of home care treatment, the Federation completes an analysis to provide planning information and compared Kaiser’s permanent experience with a study of Medicare and Medicaid services.
In addition, the Federation performed a population analysis to better understand the characteristics of the patient and use patterns. The representatives of the Federation also went to Congress to advocate for an extension of 5 years of the exemption of Acah.
To support greater commercial growth, the Federation teams provided guidance on the rationalization of messages of clinical and medical excellence, as well as the reports of customers that will be used by PMG issues for company audience messages to company.
