France has increased the deployment of a new type of speed that does not flang when it registers a motorist who comes out of the speed limit, which means that more people now receive speeding tickets without any previous warning.
It is a common experience for drivers: there is a brilliant flash and realizes the horror that has been exceeding the speed limit, and it is likely that a ticket of excessive speed by mail will soon arrive.
However, France is increasingly changing ‘Flash without free’ cameras, so it can be completely alien until the ticket arrives.
The first radar cameras of Torreta Meta 2 Fusion were deployed on the French roads in 2019, but in recent months the deployment has accelerated, and now there are about 400 of them throughout the country.

The plan is that the oldest cameras gradually replace and are used for new camera sites, until an executive regrets around 75 percent of France’s fixed speed cameras.
Currently, the country has 4000 chambers of fixed speed in operation, and this year the number is expected to increase to 4,160, according to the capital of France.
You can see a map where they are located on the Securité Routière website.
This adds to the mobile chambers and the police officers who carry out speed controls on the road.
When you enter a stretch of road where the cameras are displayed, you must see the sign below.
