France’s tax declaration season opens

The 2025 tax statement season of France is now officially open, with online statements that are opened on April 10.

The deadlines for completing the statement are as follows;

• • May 20 if you are declaring paper

• • May 22 at 11.59 pm if you are declaring online and lives in Déplices number 1 to 19, or lives outside France

• • May 28 at 11.59 pm if you are declaring online and lives in deficits number 20 to 54

• • June 5 at 11.59 pm if you are declaring online and lives in the numbered departments from 55 to 96, or in one of the departments abroad in France.

This statement covers the income of 2024: if he moved to France after January 1, 2025, he will not have to make the statement this year, but will do so next year.
