Luigi Mangione, accused or thrown by a cold blood insurance executive in a murder that has divided Americans, declared himself innocent of murder positions on Friday, April 25, after he was arrested in court. Mangione has now been accused in the Courts of the State of New York and Federal for the murder of the CEO of Unitedhealthcare, Brian Thompson. He declared himself guilty of federal charges in a Manhattan court on Friday.
The case has caused a debate on political violence and the state of the health system in the United States, and is the first case in which the Department of Justice seeks the death penalty since Trump returned to the White House.
The supporters gathered in support
Mangione had been for the Beige prison and conferred with his lawyers, an Agency France-Presse (AFP) correspondent.
The supporters wielded signs and sang, and one stopped to admonish prosecutors to hurry the cases against him. Lindsay Floyd, an activist who works in support from Mangione, said before the audience that “these are serious accusations that some reflections, there is no vilipendio before the trial has just begun.” Outside the court, one of a video screen accused the Department of Justice of the “Barbara” conduct along with a mangane image in the Court.

Possibility of prison life
At the beginning of December 4, Mangione supposedly tracked Thompson in New York, walked behind him and shot several shots from a gun with a silencer, federal prosecutors said. He had traveled to the city by Bus from Atlanta about 10 days before the crime. Mangione was arrested in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on December 9, after a staff’s tip at a McDonald’s restaurant after a day hunt.
In the state case, Mangione also declared himself innocent and could face life imprisonment without probation, if he is convicted.
