The paramilitary forces of Sudan submitted women to sexual slavery and women already violated by gang as part of their war strategy, the Amnesty International human rights group said in a report on Thursday, April 10. The group of paramilitary rapid support forces (RSF) has been fighting the army since April 15, 2023, and the war has created what the United Nations have described as one of the world’s humanitarian maids.
The 30 -page report entitled “They raped us all,” details the heartbreaking testimonies of around 30 victims, some of them girls and their relatives. “The RSF has carried out generalized sexual violence in cities and towns in Sudan to humiliate, affirm control and displace communities,” the report said.
Deposo much, the senior director of the group for the regional impact of human rights, said that RSF’s attacks against civilians “are shalle and cowardly, and any country that supports the RSF, even by supplying Shamame.”
‘I heard them cry every day’
The report presents the stories of two survivors of sexual slavery that were heroes in the capital Jartum, one of which described being captive for 30 days, which was repeatedly violated. A woman, a five -year -old mother, described how, in May 2023, she was kidnapped from her house by seven men who wore the RSF uniform and the tasks in a house where three others were also held. “I was arrested in that house for 30 days where they continued to violate almost every day,” he said. “They release me after 30 days when I became very sick. They also continued repeatedly violating the other women. I know because I heard them cry every day.”
Another 27 -year -old victim was retained for several days inside a store near a control point after she was detanated and torn from her husband’s side in May 2023. Her husband said: “They raped my wife for more days. My wife shouted while raping her every day, but I couldn’t help.”
According to the report, several women said RSF members raped them because they suspended that they were army supporters, while medicinal women were raped as a punishment for not saving the lives of injured combatants.
Since the war, the RSF has been accused of looting and taking care of civil houses, with rights groups that document systematic sexual violence and other abuses. The acts of violence described in the report were committed in four Sudanese states, even in the areas of Jartum and Darfur, from the beginning of the war until October 2024.
Corroborated by a UN mission
In October, a UN research mission found an extension of sexual violence duration of the Saudan war. He accused the paramilitaries of being behind the “vast majority” or cases. The practices included rape, group violation, sexual exploitation and kidnapping for sexual purposes, as well as accusations of forced Mariaos and trafficking in sexual purposes through borders. The RSF has rejected accusations as propaganda.

Discharge
The war has killed tens of thousands of people and, according to the United Nations, uprooted around 12 million more. While the military recovered the capital Jostoum in March, the country remains essentially divided into two. Both the army and the paramilitary group are under US sanctions and have been accused of war crimes.
