Electricity has returned to north, south and west parts of Spain, said the network operator on April 28, when a blackout caused chaos for millions through the Iberian Peninsula. “The tension has now been restored in substations in several areas of the north, south and west of the Peninsula, beginning to provide supply to consumers in these areas,” said Electric Network in a statement.
