The White House on Friday, April 18, announced a renovated Covid-19 website that promoted the contentious theory that the virus leaked from a Chinese laboratory, framing it as the “true origins” of the pandemic.

The Covid.gov website, previously focused on vaccine information and promotion tests, now includes a complete image of President Donald Trump and criticizes the pandemic policies implemented under former President Joe Biden. The site also addresses Anthony Fauci, former biden chief medical advisor, for advancing in what he calls the “preferred narrative that Covid-19 originated naturally.”

It presents five bullet points aimed at strengthening the laboratory escape theory, noting that Wuhan, the site of the first known Coronavirus case, also houses the “most prominent Sars Research Laboratory” in China and has a history of realization of biosafety. “

“According to almost all measures of science, if there were evidence of a natural origin, it would have already appeared. But it has not done it,” said the website.

Laboratory theory, once discarded as a conspiracy theory, has recently won the traction of the main traction in the United States. Just as the debate remains unsolved, scientifically and political, US agencies, such as the Federal Research Office and the Department of Energy, have emerged in support of the theory, although with different levels of trust.

Earlier this year, the Central Intelligence Agency changed its official position on the origin of the virus, saying that it was “more likely” filtered from a Chinese laboratory than the transmission of animals. The evaluation caused criticism from China, who said it was “extremely unlikely” that Covid-19 came from a laboratory. Beijing also urged the United States to “stop politicizing and instrumentalize the issue of origin traction.”

‘Stop politicizing’

The United States and China are currently locked in an important commercial war, and Washington announced Thursday’s new port rates for Chinese links and higher tariffs for Chinese products. The renewed site of the White House, which apparently seeks to redefine the political narrative about COVID-19, also criticized the mask and social distancing mandates introduced at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. There is also a Wuhan map that is encouraged to beaten.

According to a section entitled “COVID-19 MISSIZATION”, he also accused Public Health officials under the previous administration of demonizing “alternative treatments” and colluding with social media companies to censor dissident opinions about the position of Pandemic-A.

The Biden administration has previously rejected the position that the conservative perspectives suppressed or censures. The renewal of the website occurs after the dismissals are added earlier this month in the main US health agencies., While the Trump administration embarks on a sweep and scientifically answering that will reduce 10,000 jobs.

The Secretary of Health Robert F. Kennedy JR, who has alarmed health experts with his rhetoric minimizing the importance of vaccines, said the dismissals were part of an important reform of his department, with the aim of re -enforcement in chronic desire. More than one million people died of COVID-19 and related diseases in the United States, and millions more were lost worldwide.
