A Federal Court of the United States has granted IN Mode a default sentence against DHGate vendors for violation of registered trademarks and counterfeit sales involving Morpheus8 devices.
The United States District Court for the Central District of California has issued a failure due to non -compliance in favor of Fashion Ltd, granting the company a permanent mandate and monetary damage against the vendors who promised and sold falsifications.

Immodes Legal Action cited a registered trademark infraction, a false designation of origin and unfair competition according to the California law. The court ruled in favor of the company in all claims. The sentence includes a permanent court order that prohibits the defendants from using the registered brands of FAMODE, including Morpheus and fashion, and orders the elimination of listed of counterfeit products and the freezing of related assets.
