1) Would you advise to make an AA bone graft in the holes bones created by the Boso to improve the identification in the jaw line?
2) Would a genius go back or 2 mm here so that the chin is less bulbous and improve the chin fold and concavity on it?
provided ere are good bone unions/grafts of healing bones are not contour materials, since they have a high resource rate/irregularities. If the objective is a softer jaw, a personalized implant design addresses those most successful problems. This is a common problem of JAW/Post Double Geniioplasty that I see. (See attached image)
For the chin, all you can do is a setback of 2 to 3 mm (50%reduction) of the original progress to make an important difference in its form or lesson of deep labiomal fold.
