There’s something cool happening in Le Neubourg, Normandy, at the local Tennis Club’s outdoor hard courts. It’s the 5th Le Neubourg Open International, or, as it’s officially called, the 2025 Open Big Mat Le Neubourg Guillarmic Agencement. Sure, it’s not Wimbledon, but it’s packed with passion and up-and-coming talent.

Better Than Your Average ITF Circuit Event
This tournament is part of the ITF Women’s World Tennis Tour and has a $60,000 prize. It’s a great chance for players to score points and get noticed. From September 8 to 14, 2025, you’ll see 32 singles players and doubles teams battling it out.

This year’s list of players is like a who’s who of hungry athletes:
* Greet Minnen from Belgium, ranked 106 worldwide, is the top seed.
* Right behind her are Petra Marčinko, Sofia Costoulas, and others, all eager to win.

Plus, Tessah Andrianjafitrimo is back to defend her title, so she’s got a lot to live up to.

A Launchpad for Big Dreams Le Neubourg might not be the most famous tennis spot, but it’s known for being a place where hard work pays off. This tournament fits right into the busy ITF schedule, helping players move from regional events to the WTA tour.

A few players have had breakthrough moments here:
* In 2024, Andrianjafitrimo beat France’s Manon Léonard 6–2, 6–4 to grab the singles title.
* Back in 2023, Céline Naef won a tough final against Alina Korneeva in a tiebreak.

These wins aren’t just trophies; they’re springboards that help players reach the next level.
